Susumu Yokota knows no boundaries. He is, I believe, the most
consistently awe-inspiring musicmaker out there. _Sakura_ has only
reinforced my position. Sparse yet filling, he subtly connects the lines
between ambient, house, and smiles. Will you find stridently complex
rhythmic patterns on this album? No. Just quality melodic work to get
your toes tapping and your memory in gear. Get this album. It has
certainly gotten me.
